Jorge Hurtado Hornos, a native of the bullfighting town of Coria, Cáceres, where he has lived the bullfighting tradition since his childhood in the house of his grandfather Don Amadeo Hornos. Both Amadeo himself and the rest of his family are the owners of the stud farms of San Martin from Santa Coloma and Carmen Valiente from Domecq.

The young novillero cauriense is a student of the Bullfighting School of the Patronage of the Provincial Council of Badajoz and has been proclaimed winner in this season 2024 of the X edition of the contest Alfarero de Plata in Toledo.

This contest is one of the most important for novilleros without horses. So it has meant for him to be considered as one of the leading novilleros with projection to become a great future bullfighter.
