The Quintas family is the third generation dedicated to the breeding of fighting bulls and there are currently three cattle ranches that coexist in harmony under the tutelage of this family of breeders. The Manuel Quintas ranching, of encaste Martínez and Santa Coloma coming from Flor de Jara, the El Estoque ranching, of encaste Marques Domecq and finally, the Hermanos Quintas Parras ranching, one of the only ones in all Spain with a pure Martínez encaste.

All three stud farms are adhered to the 100% Raza Autóctona Lidia Logo.
