History: The cattle ranch joined the Association of Cattle Breeders of Lidia Beef in 2004. At present two encastes of the same origin coexist. On the one hand, cows and stallions of Don Andrés Ramos Plaza, of 'Aldeanueva' originating from Don Juan Pedro Domecq. On the other hand, cows and stallions from the 'Toros El Torero' stud farm, owned by Don Salvador Domecq y Diez.

A farm of great contrasts, as it has large flat meadows and another part with steep slopes, with an area of about 300 hectares where they live at will not only the cattle of Salvador Domecq origin, but also the various animals that make up this unique ecosystem. An ecosystem with great hunting variety that, thanks to the men of the bravo, remains a natural paradise.
