Aitor Darío El Gallo, a student of the Bullfighting School Conquense, with bullfighters history in the family, his maternal grandfather was truant without "Picadores". In his first season as steer bullfighter he cut 11 ears.

Debut "Novillero"(novice): On March 16th, 2013 in Valencia.

Debut with bullfighter assistant: On July 19th, 2014 In Valencia. Sharing poster with Fernando Beltrán and Filiberto Martínez, Antonio López Gibaja Steers.

Dario studied on his own, because at the beginning there was not Bullfighting School in Cuenca. Later he entry in the Cuenca Bullfighting School and then he has also been part of the School of Valencia.
